As an Outdoor Recreation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their outdoor adventures, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering questions about rentals, safety procedures, and local paddling areas.
• Process rental transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and maintain rental equipment in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Assist customers with basic paddling skills and provide guidance on proper safety practices.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media content, assisting with photography, and sharing ideas for promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events throughout the season.

• Previous experience in outdoor recreation is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
