We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our interdisciplinary team at Archway Physician Recruitment. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the management of low risk and high risk pregnancies, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
About the PositionThis is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Salem, Oregon, just 45 miles from Portland. You will have the opportunity to work in a clinic setting, seeing both pregnant and non-pregnant women, as well as providing routine gynecologic care, including well woman exams, contraception management, IUD insertion and removal, and colposcopies.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be required to work in the hospital setting, covering labor and delivery, attending low-risk labors and deliveries, rounding on postpartum patients, taking patient phone calls while on-call, and assisting with surgeries based on your skill set.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years experience in both office and hospital settings
- Board certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative group setting
