Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs
  • Implement evidence-based treatment methods, including the use of physical agent modalities and adaptive devices
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
