Our Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Private Equity Fund Services team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements for management approval
- Prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval
- Coordinate the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and investors
- Prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries as needed
- Manage client investor portals
- Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- CPA license (or in process) preferred
- 0-1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or the financial services industry (or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations and accounting)
- Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask required
- Must be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with current and potential clients
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Requires ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus
Additional Information
The compensation range for this role is $59,740 to $105,480. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
