Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Air International US Inc. in a production role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and manufacture HVAC systems, Power Train Cooling Systems, and Transmission Oil Coolers.
  • Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Read and follow work instructions, operator manuals, and perform tasks as assigned by process leads.
  • Operate minor power equipment to fasten screws or bolts to products.
  • Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
  • Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
  • Track production on schedule boards.
  • Notify team leaders of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Work weekends and overtime as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • May be exposed to possible shop hazards.
