Ocean Gate Resort is seeking a dedicated Room Cleaner to uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction throughout their stay. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document the status of cleaned rooms, report any lost items, and identify any necessary repairs or damages.
  • Keep public areas such as the hotel lobby, hallways, and restrooms in pristine condition.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, polishing furniture, and replenishing toiletries.
  • Ensure that guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization prior to guest arrivals.
  • Address general inquiries from guests to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role or a similar position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of cleaning methods and products.
