Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language deficits.
  • Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide valuable insights into students' speech and language needs.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality services.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information

This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $55. The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.
