About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our team at Everlight Solar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of electricians, ensuring the successful installation of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project planning and preparation to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient job execution
  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
  • Master Electrician license (WI or reciprocal state)
  • Journeyman license preferred
  • 4+ years of electrician experience
  • 1+ year of solar industry experience (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
