Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work in a Step Down Unit, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including pulmonary, cardiac, and neurological disorders.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Step Down Unit environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Document patient information and progress in electronic medical records
- VA License
- 1 year experience required
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS
- Vents, IV start, Telemetry, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation, Neuro IV titration, Insulin IV experience, strong Neuro experience required
- Travel experience preferred
- Previous Charge Experience preferred

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income. Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address). Estimated Weekly Rate: $2523 per week
