Network Architect

Job Overview:
Spectrum is seeking a skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our high-performance network systems.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for network architecture and design. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business. Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing network architectures and protocols
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network issues
• Conducting site surveys and assessing network requirements
• Developing and maintaining network documentation and standards

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in network architecture and design, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and design
• Strong knowledge of data networking concepts and protocols (OSI Model, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Experience with network design software such as Visio
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Benefits:
Spectrum offers a competitive salary range of $78,900-$139,500, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
