About the Job

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. As a representative of our brand, you'll be the face of Nothing Bundt Cakes, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm\
• Maintaining strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise\
• Processing guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system\
• Upholding a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces\
• Assisting the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed\
• Complying with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures\
• Maintaining a consistent work attendance and punctuality record\
• Replenishing retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation\
• Suggesting additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration\
• Processing payments and handling customer transactions\
• Providing excellent customer service by listening actively and communicating openly, clearly, and respectfully\\.styled>

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have high energy and strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident, and communicative. You should also be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
