About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Optical Sales Professional to join our team at Warby Parker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible eyewear experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to understand their eyewear needs and preferences
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with precision and accuracy
• Check that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requirements
• Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and sales experiences
• Help customers choose the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs, face fit, personal style, and lifestyle
• Represent our brand and values to customers and colleagues alike

Requirements:

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states)
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries
• A clear, effective, and professional communicator
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• An energetic and positive team player who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities
• Open-minded and committed to ongoing learning and professional development
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
