Job Summary:
As a Facilities Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and exceptional customer service of the Environmental Services (EVS) department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in designated areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of staff.
  • Assist in scheduling for housekeeping personnel.
  • Assign work areas and project duties as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate project work effectively.
  • Engage in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members.
  • Contribute to the facility's Quality Assurance Program.
  • Utilize chemicals safely, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
  • Support housekeepers as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience. At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and customer service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage staff effectively and understand budgeting processes. Proficient in MS Office applications.
