About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Sylvan Road Capital LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties meets company operating and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle a wide range of repairs in single-family residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Perform repairs to a high standard of quality and adhere to all fleet and driving policies.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and create a safe work environment.
  • May provide guidance and support to Maintenance Tech I roles and oversee larger Maintenance, Turns, and Renovation projects.
  • Communicate with residents and internal/external customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skilled in household maintenance, multi or single-family experience, and able to utilize powered and non-powered tools to complete repairs.
  • NATE HVAC certification preferred. EPA 608 Certification - Universal or Type1 and Type 2 required.
  • Ability to work in environmentally and physically challenging working conditions.
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance, which must be maintained during employment.
  • Must live in and maintain an address in the required zone(s) where hired.
