Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment repair
  • Capability to execute basic repairs and maintenance utilizing specialized tools in accordance with Technical Manual guidelines
  • Skilled in using diagnostic software and basic computer applications
  • Adept at interpreting diagnostic codes and data to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is essential
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations
  • Accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Management of truck inventory
  • Willingness to travel for job assignments and perform repairs on-site
  • Self-motivated with a professional demeanor
  • Direct interaction with customers
  • Proven track record of success in the field
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous but not required

Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Insurance, 401K matching after one year, Vacation, Life Insurance, and paid holidays. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40.00 per hour
