  • Handle multiple tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and speed of service.
  • Learns members' names and preferences, ensuring tailored experiences.
  • Show expertise in wine and spirits, making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Take inventory of supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant and dining service.
  • Food Handler safety certification and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification.
  • Be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
