Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager for our OSHPD Healthcare Construction projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with our organizational strategies and objectives. You will engage in some of the most innovative and technically demanding healthcare construction projects in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all phases of OSHPD Healthcare Construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop project plans and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, coordinating resources and team efforts effectively.
3. Create comprehensive project documentation and communication plans.
4. Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and stakeholders.
5. Engage with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Assess resource needs and participant requirements for project success.
7. Prepare and submit budget proposals, adjusting as necessary.
8. Collaborate with department managers to secure required personnel.
9. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
10. Utilize appropriate tools for project scheduling and milestone tracking.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing OSHPD Healthcare Construction projects.
3. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Proficiency in project management software tools.
6. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and OSHPD construction regulations.
7. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
8. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, costs, quality control, and safety protocols.
9. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
10. PMP certification is advantageous.
