Restaurant General Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Polson, MT.

Company Overview

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

As a Restaurant General Manager with our company, you will provide overall leadership and direct supervision of daily operations to ensure the restaurant meets and/or exceeds its annual operating goals. You will drive excellence in customer service while maintaining company standards for product and facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise food handling procedures and operational standards
• Maintain financial control meeting the restaurant's profit margin goals
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years general management experience for a high-volume concept
• Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
