We are seeking an experienced Deli Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our cafes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

We require a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a deli or cafe environment. You must be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonuses and other perks will become available based on your longevity with our organization.
