About the Role

The Mammography Technologist is a key member of our Imaging team, responsible for performing mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and needle localizations to aid in the diagnosis of disease and injury. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and needle localizations under the direction of the Imaging Manager.
  • Provide patient education and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Conduct quality assessment activities to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A.R.R.T. Radiography registration with current ODH licensure.
  • Completion of an advanced registry in Mammography within 18 months of hire date.
  • Previous mammography experience is preferred.
