We offer competitive compensation packages, including $20 per hour for RBT-certified candidates and $22-27 per hour based on experience. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to ensure our employees have the skills they need to succeed in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. They will be able to work independently in a child's home without constant supervision, and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college degree
  • Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred, but not required
  • Dependability and consistency are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
