About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Dr. Hecker & Associates in Virginia.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow, innovate, and make a lasting impact in the field of audiology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults and children, utilizing gold-standard practices like real-ear measurement (REM).
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with patients, ensuring a lifetime of personalized care.
  • Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced practice to deliver exceptional service.
  • Serve veterans through VA Choice with high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Fit and dispense hearing devices, including cochlear implants (CI) and bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA), while adhering to audiology best practices.
  • Perform videonystagmography (VNG) and industrial hearing testing.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or an equivalent degree.
  • An active Virginia state audiology license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A passion for audiology and commitment to best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
