We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Huntsville Hospital Health System. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Participate in code blue situations and rapid response teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Alabama or multi-state RN license.
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred, but new graduates accepted.
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification within one year of hire.
