We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Dividend Restaurant Group. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Manage the front of house, coordinating the flow of guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Assist with reservations, seating, and table management, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure that all guests receive outstanding service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to lift and carry 15 pounds on a regular basis.
