Position Overview:
We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who possess specialized knowledge in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as dressing, shopping, and medication management.
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and G-tube assistance.
- Adhere to scheduled visits in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for clients, ensuring they receive outstanding care during all interactions.
- Promptly report any changes in clients' health conditions to nursing staff or management.
- Engage with clients during visits, collect feedback on care services, and complete required documentation.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Monitor and communicate any changes in client conditions to supervisors.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Deliver high-quality care that meets our organization's standards.
