We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in the state of Vermont.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, client preferences, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services, implementing therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, and environmental adaptations.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Vermont.
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
- Familiarity with various diagnoses and conditions, and their impact on individuals' functional abilities.
