Position Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Cashier to enhance our guest services and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist every guest with a friendly demeanor, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Manage and authorize guest returns, exchanges, and various transaction types while ensuring accurate cash handling.
  • Support the training of cashiers and assist in cross-training team members.
  • Prepare daily cash deposits and manage media, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee cashier productivity, scheduling, and breaks, while addressing performance issues with management.
  • Maintain adequate front-end supplies and assist with guest services and merchandise replenishment as needed.
  • Cover cashier shifts in the event of absences and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, and we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
