Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac ICU team. As a RN Fellow, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
