Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Senior Health Physician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our geriatric patients. Your expertise and passion for primary care will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to geriatric patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
