Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addiction Counselor to join our team at All's Well. As a Substance Abuse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group counseling, performing chemical dependency assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Conduct chemical dependency assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Facilitate referrals and case management
  • Deliver community substance abuse prevention education

Requirements:

  • Current CADC or IAAC Certification
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Completion of San Diego County training within 3 months of hire
  • CPR Certification (or obtain within 6 months)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screen
