We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused To Go Shopper to join our team in USA-NY-Gloversville. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our To Go service, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and store appearance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  
• Upselling and suggesting additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintaining the store's appearance, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store performance.
  
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
