Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Commissioning Specialist to join our team at Project Delivery Partners. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in process commissioning, with a focus on Upstream/Downstream/Clean/Gray Utilities/Support Services Commissioning and Qualification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • FATs Attendance and Support: Participate in the execution of equipment FATs, ensuring compliance with design and client requirements.
  • Walk Down Verification: Verify the installation of mechanically complete systems, identifying technical issues, ergonomic defects, and operational issues.
  • Verification of As-Build Design Documents: Review and verify as-built design documents, ensuring updates and revisions are properly documented and approved.
  • Witness Critical Construction Testing: Witness critical construction testing where necessary, ensuring all testing is conducted safely and effectively.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Strong Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in Commissioning and Qualification.
  • Compliance with Schedule: Ensure completion of tasks within scheduled timelines.
  • Safety: No Lost Time Accident: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring no lost time accidents occur during the project.
  • Quality: Well Executed Testing: Conduct well-executed testing, minimizing rework and re-execution.
  • Quality: Resolved Deviations: Resolve deviations to client satisfaction and ensure smooth handover of systems.
