Join Avera's RN Nursing Team

Avera is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care in our patient-focused settings. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our patients and provide direct resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with your team to coordinate care and ensure patient satisfaction
Follow nursing protocols and perform population and age-specific care based on assessing needs, planning care, evaluating effectiveness, supervising, and directing clinical activities
Maintain current licensure and certification requirements, including Basic Life Support and NRP certification within six months of employment

What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $31.00 - $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience
Varied day shifts, every third weekend, every third holiday, and every third on-call shift
