- Collaborate with engagement partners to identify tax risk management issues and propose potential solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing engagements and clients, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with QuickBooks and ProSystem Tax and ProSystem Engagement a plus.
