Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages to our high standards
  • Take accurate orders, receive payment, and handle cash transactions
  • Serve fresh pastries and other small food items, upholding quality and food-safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery case and guest station
  • Clean and maintain equipment, restrooms, and guest and staff areas


Requirements:

  • Passion for creating high-quality beverages and providing excellent guest service
  • Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to listen to and assist guests
  • Working with purpose, efficiency, and a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to high standards of food service and cleanliness
