- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Client Care and Support
- Provide exceptional client care and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
- Education and Certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in ABA program management and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of ABA practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

The base pay range for this opening is $80,444 to $100,555.56 annually. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
