We are seeking a dedicated full-time physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to become part of a prominent healthcare organization.
This role encompasses an outpatient practice, conducting hospital consultations, and overseeing acute rehabilitation patients in an inpatient environment.
- Engage in close collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and various healthcare professionals.
- The medical facility holds CARF accreditation, focusing on general rehabilitation and brain injury treatment for both adolescents and adults.
- Situated in a dynamic community with a population of approximately 190,000.
This position includes a signing bonus and relocation support. You will benefit from continuing medical education (CME) time and financial backing, alongside a competitive two-year salary guarantee that exceeds the MGMA median average, plus a wRVU production bonus.
Moreover, a retention incentive of $100,000 is available for those who commit to a full-time role for four years.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with minimal on-call responsibilities. Subspecialty interests are welcomed, serving a patient population exceeding 1 million.
