Manage daily operations of the Operations Department, encompassing Dispatch, Service, Installation, Contracts, and Monitoring. Oversee the complete service delivery process from customer interaction to billing. Direct the entire project delivery process from signed agreements to installation and customer sign-off. Manage personnel responsibilities, including hiring, development, and performance evaluations. Drive efforts to expand the customer base and increase departmental revenue. Ensure compliance with company contract requirements in collaboration with the legal department. Maintain regular communication with sales teams, customers, and vendors to guarantee satisfaction.Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, and leadership development is highly preferred.
- Ability to influence peers and upper management effectively.
- A four-year degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of fire, CCTV, security, and low-voltage systems.
