- Data-Driven Decision Making: Empower the company with data-driven insights to inform product strategy, marketing efforts, and overall business goals.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Culture Development: Champion a data-centric culture throughout the organization, encouraging everyone to use data to make informed decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Strong data engineering and data science background.
- Expertise in data modeling and ETL.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced degree preferred.
