We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at PARS Therapy, a leading provider of home health services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled home health services to patients who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage.
  • Work with patients who are homebound and require skilled services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.
Requirements:
  • Active license in the state of Texas required.
  • OT liability insurance in the state of Texas required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home health or rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
