Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Banker to join our team at PeoplesBank. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Three years of related experience in banking or a related field.
  • Advanced cash handling experience and business acumen required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive for work.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
