Our expertise lies in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining digital experiences that are not only contextually relevant but also tailored to the physical surroundings. We adopt a consultative, technology-agnostic approach, ensuring that our solutions are centered around the client's needs. Our capabilities span the entire project lifecycle, allowing us to implement solutions at scale, whether across numerous locations or within a single flagship setting. We focus on key sectors such as Automotive, Convenience Stores, Quick Service Restaurants, Healthcare, Retail, and Sports & Entertainment, leveraging our extensive experience to transform these environments through digital innovation. Our proprietary content management system and monetization platforms are recognized as industry-leading, forming the backbone of successful implementations and ongoing support.

Position Summary

As a Lead Creative Project Strategist, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of intricate creative projects for high-profile clients, acting as the main point of contact between them and our diverse teams. Your substantial background in project management, team leadership, and client engagement will be essential in fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and achieving outstanding project results.

In this dynamic and strategic role, you will oversee multiple fast-paced creative initiatives—from initial strategy through to concept and production—while working alongside a varied group of clients and creative professionals. Your responsibilities will include not only clarifying and defining client objectives but also translating them into innovative creative strategies and detailed project briefs. You will also present project outcomes and facilitate constructive feedback sessions with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement detailed project plans for creative endeavors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Take full ownership of projects, engaging senior leadership as necessary to maintain alignment with both company and client objectives.
  • Lead a team of direct reports, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance assessments to promote their professional development.
  • Proactively oversee project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and obstacles while ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
  • Act as the senior liaison for high-profile clients and internal stakeholders, providing insightful project updates and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Enhance communication among team members, ensuring efficient information exchange and keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, timelines, status reports, and meeting notes, utilizing advanced project management tools.
  • Carefully monitor project budgets and expenditures, accurately tracking costs related to design resources and external vendors to ensure financial accountability.
  • Oversee project billing in accordance with the established scope of work, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovative thinking within the team, driving high-quality creative results.
  • Implement advanced project management methodologies and best practices, customizing processes to address the unique challenges of creative projects.
  • Organize and maintain all necessary assets in an accessible format for the design team, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control by reviewing design outputs for accuracy and consistency with project objectives.
  • Identify potential project risks proactively, developing comprehensive contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Work closely with support teams to resolve escalations regarding project deliverables.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth while upholding high-performance standards.
  • Continuously assess project performance, gathering feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancement and increased operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project management related to installations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software with a focus on analytics and reporting.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in data analysis and presentations.
  • Exceptional technical skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Core Competencies

  • Highly adaptable, capable of responding swiftly to unforeseen project changes and evolving client needs.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
