Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Dispute Resolution Attorney to handle every aspect of our cases, from discovery and preparation of well-written motions, to arguing them at hearings, preparing witnesses for depositions and trial, taking and defending depositions, leading clients through mediations, and ultimately trying the cases that we are not able to dispose of through summary judgment, mediation, or otherwise.

About the Firm:

Our law firm has a complex litigation practice that has grown throughout California and Texas. We pride ourselves on handling landmark trust matters, real estate transactions, and business combinations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and document production in compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation plans and tactics.
