We are looking for a skilled Building Services Consultant to join our team at Engineering Consulting Services, Ltd.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality building services to our clients. As a Building Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on various aspects of building services, including testing and consulting services, building enclosure consulting, and design of repairs to existing structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice on testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments and specialized testing.
- Provide guidance on building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures.
- Work closely with senior staff members on various projects and provide support as needed.
- Coordinate with facilities technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of PPE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in building facilities consulting required.
- In lieu of education, 4 years of experience as ECS Facilities Staff Associate or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
