**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Python Application Developer to lead our development team at ShiftCode Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications using Python.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python.
  • Lead the development team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

**Requirements**

  • Strong experience in Python development (at least 10 years).
  • Knowledgeable in CI/CD toolkits and pipelines, with Harness and Gitlab.
  • Experience with Testrail.
  • Experience with testing frameworks or libraries, with Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of REST Calls and API concepts.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient using JIRA for work management and reporting.
  • Able to learn basic hardware setups and help with lab set ups when needed.

**Nice-to-Haves**

  • Knowledgeable in/or have an interest in networking.
  • AWS Exposure.
  • Experience with Raspberry PI.
  • Test reporting experience.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
