Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure their safety during imaging procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a JRC/ERT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT.
  • State licensure as a Radiographer in Maryland.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in CT scanning.
  • Registered Computed Tomography (CT) technologist certification.
