About the Role

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating all HR functions and programs within our organization. This includes implementing and monitoring our quality management system, pre-screening applicants, and developing processes for recruiting, screening, training, and hiring quality caregivers.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and maintain the organization's quality management system
  2. Screen and evaluate applicants for HHA, CNA, DSP, and Caregiver positions
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment, selection, and retention strategies
  4. Evaluate staff needs and ensure adequate coverage for existing and new cases
  5. Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed
