About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include setting shift goals, delegating tasks, addressing guest needs, managing inventory, and maintaining operational standards.
What You'll Do:
- Oversight of daily operations, including managing team performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Setting shift goals, delegating tasks, and addressing guest needs
- Managing inventory, including receiving and reconciling truck deliveries
- Maintaining operational standards, including food production and quality monitoring
- Collaborating with management team to develop goals and reports progress
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work a minimum of 5 days and 32-40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
