Axe Coach Job Description

Limitless Axes & Ales is the ultimate entertainment venue, offering axe throwing, food, and beer & wine in a unique and unforgettable upscale lodge-inspired environment. We're seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Axe Coaches, where you'll become the face of the brand and create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture the attention of our guests with an enthusiastic and engaging experience.
  • Ensure the safety of our staff and guests by upholding our safety protocols.
  • Teach ax-throwing techniques to all guests, ensuring a fun and safe experience.
  • Oversee matches and games, keeping score and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
  • Conduct quality control checks on facilities, ranges, and equipment to maintain a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving drinks and food to our guests.
  • Assist with venue cleaning and janitorial duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service instincts and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to command and maintain the attention of large groups of people.
  • Must be available to work weeknights and weekends.
  • Food safety certification and TIPS certification required (able to earn upon hire).
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
  • Must have full range of motion of arms and full usage of hands.
