Travel LPN/LVN Long Term Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Travel LPN/LVN to join our team at Centstone. As a Travel LPN/LVN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and documentation.
- Make frequent rounds to evaluate resident status and provide necessary interventions.
- Oversee nursing assistants and ensure assignments are complete.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Current LPN License for the State of Michigan.
- BLS Certification from AHA.
- 1+ years of experience in Long Term Care.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs and frequently lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent literacy and writing skills.
- Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
- Covid Vaccination Proof or Status is required.
- Competitive pay rate of $1500 to $1600 weekly.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri including weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required, and must be comfortable driving in snow and ice.
- No more than 5 days RTO will be approved, RTO dates must be provided with the submission.
- Attendance is a must, and facility reserves the right to cancel an active assignment due to multiple NC/NS, call-outs, etc...
- Facility has a cat and dog that live onsite full time, please make sure candidates are aware in case they are uncomfortable with dogs or cats or have any allergies to them.
